Hide AdTeddy’s new one of-a-kind pieces have most recently been selected for display at the Corte-Real Gallery in the Algarve, one of the most prestigious galleries in Portugal. They went on display on July 16. Signed limited prints will be made available from August at teddyhsalad.com.
Teddy said: “I am overwhelmed with the response my work has been getting. To think that my artwork is hanging in houses around the world hasn’t quite sunk in yet, let alone the idea that my most recent collection is on display in a gallery in Portugal. Wow.
“I am so grateful to everyone that continues supporting me and taking the time to view my work. There is nothing more I want to do more than paint, and thanks to my followers, I am really living my dream! If you would like to stay in touch with me follow me @teddy_salad_art.”
Teddy, a former fishmonger based at Eastbourne’s Arndale Centre, fell critically ill a few years ago, forcing him to remain under constant supervision at Eastbourne Hospital’s intensive care unit, a place to which he owes his life. It was after his time there, that Teddy found his passion for painting.
