Trixie is starring alongside X-Factor singer, Jonathan Ansell as Prince Valiant and actor John Lyons – better known as Detective Seargeant George Toolan from the long running series ‘A Touch of Frost’ – as King Crumble. Singer Jonathan Ansell shot to fame as the nation’s favourite tenor in the classically trained boy band G4 on ITV’s The X-Factor. Trixie who plays the central character, Princess Aurora – the girl who pricks her finger on a spinning-wheel and falls asleep for one hundred years – said: “PPA is such an exciting place to study and the opportunities to get professional experience in my chosen discipline have given me a real head start in a very competitive industry.” Sleeping Beauty is on at the Watersmeet, Rickmansworth, until Tuesday, December 31.
