Eastbourne school welcomes back Year 10 pupils
and live on Freeview channel 276
The Eastbourne Academy is one of the many schools across the town which is gradually reopening to learners, following government guidance.
Principal Victoria Stevens paid tribute to what she described as the high levels of engagement and attendance.

Hide AdIt comes after secondary school pupils in England were allowed back this week, following months of lockdown.
However, due to social distancing guidelines, it is estimated only a quarter of pupils can be in school at a time.
From Monday (June 15), the Department for Education said secondary schools, sixth form, and further education colleges could begin offering some face-to-face support to year 10 and 12 pupils to supplement their remote education, which should remain their predominant mode of education during this term.

Hide AdFrom June 1, children were allowed to return to nursery, reception, Year 1 and Year 6.
