An innovative new adventure fitness event will take place in Friston Forest later this year.

Chris Payne, a 24-year-old graduate from Seaford, has created the idea in a bid to promote fitness, raise money for charities and provide an exciting challenge for the public.

Chris said: “Payne Games is a fun adventure obstacle course with a combination of classic and unique obstacles, without the pain from fire, ice and electric shocks, which many other events have.

“This event will be enjoyable for anyone who can walk or run 5k, as it has several levels of difficult for each obstacle, where possible.
