Brighton & Hove Albion striker launches Adur and Worthing well-being hubs
The Brighton & Hove Albion striker helped launch the new Adur and Worthing well-being hubs, designed to help residents living in deprivation develop a healthy lifestyle.
The scheme has been funded by West Sussex County Council and the NHS, and offers a helpline for residents desperate to become healthier, whether it is by quitting smoking, drinking less, losing weight or dealing with stress.

“The Albion is a firm believer in improving the lives of people through healthy eating, lots of exercise and tackling inequalities.”
David Simmons, Adur cabinet member for health and well-being, added: “This really is the Big Society in action, bringing together the statutory, public and voluntary organisations to help make our communities healthier.
“It’s in all our interests to look after our health, and the new health and well-being hub gives everyone the opportunity to find that special piece of advice.”
