Charity shop fire
A fire at the Scope charity shop in Sackville Road may have been started deliberately.
Fire fighters from Bexhill community station responded to an emergency call made by a resident of the building at 7.30pm on Sunday.
The blaze was discovered in a back room of the charity premises where it caused damage but did not spread further.

Hide AdA spokesman said: "It was all contained in the back room - but the whole building smells of smoke."
The incident is being investigated by Sussex Police because it seemed a flammable object was thrown through a window into the room.
