A rear door was shattered in an attempted burglary in Eastbourne, police have said.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened sometime between January 23-24 at a property in Clifford Avenue.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Owners of the property returned home to find a rear door had been shattered and damaged in an attempt to enter, fortunately no entry was made into the property and nothing was reported as stolen."
