Shoreham air crash pre-inquest review postponed

The pre-inquest review into the 11 deaths following the Shoreham air crash, due to take place on Monday, November 21, has been postponed.

It was anticipated that little progress could be made, with the Air Accident Investigation Branch final report still outstanding and the police investigation still ongoing, said a spokesperson for West Sussex County Council.

Penelope Schofield, West Sussex Senior Coroner, said the decision has not been taken lightly, particularly as she is anxious to ensure that these inquests are dealt with in a timely manner.
