SUNDAY SERVICES: St Mary Magdalene at Wartling: 9.45 Morning Prayer (CW). All Saints: 8am Holy Communion (BCP) and 6pm Celtic Service.
EVENING WALKS: On Tuesday walkers are meeting Sue 832016 at Pevensey Recreation Ground, Walls End Road at 6.30pm for a Beach and Castle circular of 3 - 4 miles. If you would like to go along ring the walk leader or just turn up.

Hide AdBONSAI SHOW: At Herstmonceux Village hall on Sunday 22 May from 10am to 4pm Eastbourne and Wealden Bonsai Club will be holding their annual show. As well as a display of member’s trees there will be four other bonsai clubs each with a display of their club’s best trees. Other items of interest will include, demonstrations by Graham Potter from Kaizen Bonsai, Chinese painting, trade stands from Downsview Bonsai, Limecross Nursery and Pinecone Ceramics.
Information about growing bonsai, a raffle and refreshments, as well as voting for you favourite tree and display, will make it a full and interesting visit for all the family. Further information on our website www.eandwbonsaiclub.co.uk or telephone Brian on 07511 9334434.
OPEN GARDEN: There is a charity fundraiser for Friends of EDGH at Cowbeech Farm BN27 4JF on Wednesday 25 May from 10.30am to 12.30pm and again from 2pm to 4pm. There will be morning coffee and afternoon tea. The farm has a very attractive large country garden with water-features.
VITALITY VILLAGE SINGERS: There is a community choir in the village. You are invited to ‘sing for the love of it!’. They sing, learn and laugh and are a relaxed and friendly group. No auditions and all are welcome. This is at Herstmonceux Health Centre meeting room on Wednesdays from 7 to 8.30pm and it is £4. For more details contact Laura at [email protected] or 07905 745384.
