Novelty dog show

9th Bexhill Scout Group gathered for a barbecue at the site in Wainwright Road of their Headquarters which was destroyed by fire a year ago.

Group Scout Leader Shirley Gilbertson said: "We thought it would be a good idea to not only show how much fun a controlled fire can be but also remind everyone in the group where we will be once the headquarters are rebuilt."

A Family Fun Dog Show will be held there tomorrow (Saturday May 10) to raise funds towards the new HQ.
