As a local businessman, I hope that the threat is carried out and the bypass is killed off once and for all.
Local businesses and local people would not benefit in any way at all from destroying woodlands, water meadows and wildlife, so that drivers can get from the congestion in Worthing to the congestion in Chichester a few minutes sooner – and contractors can get even richer than they already are.
Let the bypass die! The sooner the better!
