There were many children organisations present at the event; Cubs, Scouts and Naval Cadets, who all managed to fly flags that showed respected to the armed services.
I was, however, disgusted to see that the Air Corp flag flying from their tent was moth eaten, and had holes in it.

Hide AdI am stunned that the Arun Valley unit felt that this flag was suitable for display, especially on a day that is all about respecting and supporting our armed services.
Hopefully, the leaders of the Air Corp will replace their tatty flag and, next year, fly a flag that reflects the smartness of the cadets’ uniform.
