Shame on Climping's litter bugs

It was a beautiful sunny morning today ... and then I come across this (pictured right).
Could somebody please explain why individuals think it is okay to dump their rubbish on other people’s land and disrespect this beautiful area.

Hide AdCould it be down to their upbringing? Do we blame their parents for not teaching them basic respect? Or is it just that they lack intelligence and are ‘thick’ ... or do we sympathise and offer to help them understand that they should put their KFC and McDonald’s packaging into a bin and not country lanes.
I have no doubt with a little investigation one could determine who is responsible.
They should be named and shamed!
