Bubbly start to Southwick Players’ next production
The lucky winner of a bottle of Champagne was Lynne Cushing, whose prize is being coveted by, left to right, Kelly Verstappen, Alison Kemish, Claire Carpenter and Lex Lake, already in survival-gear mode for Sheila's Island at the Barn Theatre, Southwick, from July 10 to 13 inclusive.
They star in Tim Firth's comedy about four businesswomen who set off on a – dread phrase! – team-building exercise and succeed only in becoming the first people ever to get shipwrecked on an island in the Lake District.
