Four fire engines were called to a house fire in Lewes.
Crews from Barcombe, Roedean and Preston Circus attended the residential property in Abergavenny Road, Lewes, at 8.50pm on Sunday (November 15).
The fire was believed to have started in the first floor bedroom of the property, the fire service said.

Hide AdFirefighters used six breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and one main jet to extinguish the fire.
Crews were also supported by West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
The fire service scaled down its attendance to two pumps at 10.57pm.
Those crews remained on scene dampening down the scene with one hose reel jet and cutting away.
