The scheme will widen around two kilometres of single carriageway to dual carriageway in Angmering and Littlehampton, cutting journey times and pollution, West Sussex County Council said. Work was resumed in September, after a break in which a legal dispute was settled. The works are expected to last for 24 months, according to the county council. Photos from the scene in Angmering show the scheme progressing. Read more about the works here.
