Mark Green says he, his daughter Rebecca, son Richard and his girlfriend's daughter Jade, spotted Dr Who's arch nemesis on the beach as they drove along the seafront on Saturday (February 22). Mark said: "I turned the car around, parked it (and paid for one hour parking just in case) and ventured onto the prom armed with my trusty mobile phone." Mark says his initial thought was, 'that's something you don't see everyday' and his second thought was to capture the scene on his mobile phone. Click here to see Mark's video.
