THE search is on to find a dynamic successor to the man who has put Bexhill Neighbourhood Watch Association on the map.
Association chairman Paul Brazier is having to give up because of continuing ill-health.
In a tribute to Paul, Inspector Max Mosley said: "I would like to thank him very much for the fantastic work he has done over the years as chairman.
