Golds exit after late spot-kick miss
Waller, whose side missed an 85th-minute penalty equalising chance, said: "We should have won and I thought we were the better side. It was the best we have played all season.
"I was disappointed with the referee, who let their experienced players get away with a lot. Ryan's our captain and a main player and the tackle their player did was out of order. We had no protection from the referee."
